Appearance requests may be made via fax, email or by logging on to our website www.AppearAnywhere.com.  Each request will be immediately followed up with a written confirmation that the appearance is covered.  Our experienced staff ensures that each appearing attorney is provided all necessary documentation prior to the hearing.  If there are additional questions, the assigned attorney will contact you directly.  When the appearance is completed, a type-written detailed report will be sent to your office via fax or email within 24 hours of the hearing.  Results can also be accessed online at anytime via our website using your personal account.   

Our user friendly website is designed to make requesting an appearance fast and simple.  Simply select the date of your hearing, click “Request Appearance” and enter the case information attaching any pertinent documents.  Click “Submit” and we take care of the rest! 

Through your online account, you can track the status of your appearance by case name, file number or date of hearing, and view results on the actual day of the appearance.  For your added convenience, our staff will notify you of any upcoming hearings on matters that we've previously handled for you.  Simply click “Request Appearance”, and the future hearing will be automatically calendared in our system.
