San Joaquin’s Superior Court is deploying a new court-wide case management system. In order to implement the new system, the San Joaquin’s Superior Court will close its clerk’s offices at all locations for two days beginning on October 15, 2015 and continuing through October 16, 2015.
Good news: all courtrooms will remain open for all court branches during this time. All matters currently on calendar will proceed as scheduled. Drop boxes for documents at all branch courts will be available for same day filing of documents deposited prior to 5:00 p.m. Don’t forget to include a self-addressed stamped envelope for all drop box transactions.
However, any requests made for files via e-mail will not be processed during the closure. All phone calls will go unanswered. For more information regarding the clerk’s office scheduled closure, please review the public notice here.
